"Gentlemen, On the last leg of our 6,700 mile cross-country trip, my wife and I started experiencing difficulty accelerating in our '98 Chevy Astro van which was pulling our 16' trailer. We were traveling on the Oklahoma turnpike and were near the Miami exit, so we got off there and asked the toll taker if there was a Chevy dealer in town. They gave us good directions to your facility. We limped in to your service department and were taken care of immediately. Since the vehicle was still under warranty (barely), they ran tests free of charge and determined that the fuel filter was clogged. We must have gotten a bad tank of gasoline. You installed a new filter and had us on our way toward home in no time. We want to let you know how much we appreciated your courteous treatment. We are senior citizens and were really upset when we arrived at your shop, not knowing where we could stay or what we would do with the trailer if we had to leave the van overnight. In this day and age when nobody wants to do anything extra, you folks went out of your way to help people you will probably never even see again.
