  1. Treasury Index Account Rate determined weekly and based on the weekly Treasury auction rate of the 91-day Treasury Bill, as determined by the bank. The rate will adjust to the rate assigned for balances less than $25,000 on days when the available balance drops below $25,000.
  2. No more than 6 preauthorized, automatic or telephone transfers per month. If transactions exceed legal limit $7 per item.
  3. If you make more than 4 withdrawals per month a fee of $2 per withdrawal in excess of the 4 withdrawals will be charged.
  4. An early withdrawal penalty may apply.
  5. You will have 10 business days from the maturity date to withdraw your funds without being charged a penalty.
